When you send an inquiry, you choose to share your name, company, contact details and diamond requirements with Maruti Nandan Diamonds so that we can respond to your request.

How your inquiry is handled

Email inquiries, when enabled, are transmitted through our email delivery provider, Resend, to our business inbox. Sending an inquiry through WhatsApp opens WhatsApp with your details prefilled; the message is delivered only when you press Send. WhatsApp handles data according to its own privacy policy.

What we collect

The inquiry form asks for your diamond preferences (one stone or a list, which you may paste or upload), quantity, budget and currency, delivery country, company, buyer name, email and phone number. Please do not include payment information or sensitive personal data in your message.

Use and storage

We use the details you provide to discuss your request, prepare quotations and follow up on your inquiry. This website does not store inquiry submissions in a website database. Delivered inquiries remain in the receiving business inbox or WhatsApp conversation.

Your choices

You can request that we update or delete your inquiry information, or stop contacting you, by messaging our team on +91 90231 34872. Information may need to be retained where required for an ongoing transaction or applicable obligations.

Cookies and technical information

This website does not include advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The hosting and delivery services may process technical connection information needed to operate and secure the website.

If you add diamonds to “Your selection”, that list is saved only in your own browser’s local storage so it is still there when you return. It is not sent to us until you submit an inquiry, and you can remove it at any time with “Clear selection”. Report numbers you enter for verification are passed directly to the laboratory’s website and are not stored by us.
